During your childhood and beyond, you’ve encountered different beliefs that have shaped how you see yourself and the world. Some of these beliefs are positive, while others are keeping you from reaching your full potential.

Theta healing allows me to instantly lower my brainwaves to Theta and tap into the subconscious mind of my client and remove the limiting beliefs while replacing them with healthier ones.

How does it work?

Through “digging,” we’re able to get to the core of the problem and figure out where your beliefs begin. Then I “download” a positive replacement.

What is Downloading?

As a practitioner, I lower my brain waves to Theta and witness the change happening in the subconscious mind.

Science has proven that the very act of “witnessing” something, makes it a reality. For example, light changes from wave to particle form depending on whether it’s being observed or not.

Is Theta Healing Harmful?

No. As with other forms of energy healing you’re always in control. I can’t change anything in your mind that you don’t accept. You may experience slight wooziness depending on how much work we did. Drinking water will be effective.

Do We Have to be in the Same Room?

Because we are dealing with energy healing, Theta can be administered over the phone. My clients experience positive results either way.

$100 for each subsequent 60 hour session

Reiki is a form of rest and relaxation. Brought to us from Japan, it’s administered by the laying of the hands. As a practitioner, I place my hands over your various chakras and allow the universal life force, or energy, to flow through me into the client.

A practitioner’s brain waves are usually lowered to alpha state. The client in many cases becomes so relaxed, he or she falls asleep.

Reiki heals the mind, body, and spirit by working with the subtle body. Your body takes the universal energy and uses it to heal itself. A practitioner doesn’t generally direct the energy, rather he or she simply allows it to flow freely.

Many people make reiki a part of their regular health routine. Being a practitioner myself, I give myself reiki often.

Reiki works with the subtle body-your spiritual self. Whatever you intend to change, we can tap into during the session.

During reiki therapy, I use a specific sacred symbol while working on your third eye. You repeat a mantra you want replaced in your mind. I repeat the mantra myself and ask for it to be programmed into your subconscious.

Also, during the session, you’re typically relaxed and comfortable. We’re clearing blocks you have in your subtle body. If you’re intending to be well, reiki therapy will help you in making the change.

Crystal healing has long been used to heal different aspects of the body. Each crystal vibrates at a different rate and is meant for a different purpose. A general rule of thumb is to use the crystal color that correlates to the chakra you want to heal. For example, amethyst is great for the third eye. I use red jasper for the root chakra. Check this out ot look over a selection of healing crystals.

Using crystals during reiki therapy makes for an even better session. I place the crystals over your various chakras and then apply Reiki.

Okay, I’m not just saying that because I’m a reiki practitioner and I have a reiki blog, but because I really believe it.

Thankfully I am a reiki practitioner and give myself regular healings. If you haven’t have your first session, please do! Then you’ll know what I’m talking about.

Let me explain what you’re missing:

Reiki healing has been around since the early 1900′s. It’s not some recent “new agey” thing. It’s spreading now, thankfully, to the West. Know why it’s been around for so long? Because it works and it’s great!

I then allow the universal life force to flow through me into your body. I know it sounds strange, but it’ not. You’ll generally feel heat or warmth from my hands.

Your body takes the energy and uses it as it needs. I can’t send you too much energy so you don’t have to worry about your body experiencing a short circuit;)

Reiki therapy calms the mind. It’s a very relaxing treatment and most people I work on fall asleep. I’ve even had a couple clients describe having wonderful dreams during their treatment.

Body

During reiki healing, we focus on the chakras. Your chakras are energy centers of the body. Before the treatment, I make sure your chakras are balanced. If I get an intuitive feeling you need more attention in certain areas, I give you extra healing in that particular chakra.

Spirit
Reiki is energy healing. We’re working with the universal life force energy. You don’t have to be religious or believe in anything for that matter. We’re working with the same energy we’re all created with.

Okay, I’ll get more specific. A few of my clients have felt energy actually flowing through their bodies. One in particular said she saw wonderful colors as I was working on her third eye.

But one of the coolest things I’ve used reiki for is my tummy aches! Sometimes I do it intuitively. I place my hands over my achy belly and I feel the flow of energy going through. Very quickly, my ache is gone.
