How does one little crystal have so much power? I mean, they’re pretty to look at, but they also have healing properties.

Crystal healing has long been used to heal different aspects of the body. Each crystal vibrates at a different rate and is meant for a different purpose. A general rule of thumb is to use the crystal color that correlates to the chakra you want to heal. For example, amethyst is great for the third eye. I use red jasper for the root chakra. Check this out ot look over a selection of healing crystals.

Using crystals during reiki therapy makes for an even better session. I place the crystals over your various chakras and then apply Reiki.
